History: After a vicious murderer took her parents away when she was but three years old, death seemed to follow her around. Her best friend and family falling prey to a serial killer when she was fifteen, Cheyenne's life has never been easy and thus she came to work for the FBI at the tender age of twenty, almost directly out of the Academy which she entered into as soon as she graduated high school, which was no small feat as she'd been shuffled from foster home to foster home, sliding through the system until she was eighteen and left on her own.
She wasn't and isn't sure to this day why she chose the FBI but early on she showed a great deal of promise, working harder then any other recuit to become top in her class. She was perceptive, intelligent beyond her years and had a thirst for the hunt, having an uncanny ability to be able to think of herself as the killer, even the most depraved, deranged souls and get inside their head. Over the years, she had built an impenetrable wall around her, allowing no one in and no emotion to get out. She had a terrible demeanor, often coming across as being cold or uncaring, was difficult to work with and got close to no one, regularly having night terrors, often thrusting herself so deeply into a case that on more then one occassion, it had almost killed her.
It was the reason why she'd been working the case of the killer who'd murdered her best friend those ten years ago, coming out of dormancy for reasons even she couldn't understand as the bodies piled up with no discernable pattern, not from the past nor present to help her catch him before he could strike again. It's during this case she wanders into the Inn, finding the atmosphere easy to work in, unbeknownst that it was also a place stuck in time.
She'd always been able to come and go, none the wiser to the Inn's otherworldy inhabitants until the day arrived when she came in to study and analyze the files and found she could not leave. She railed and raved, quite sure she was going out of her mind but the proof was there, the little village and thatched roof houses, the lake where there should have been concrete and glass. The people who could turn into animals...
At first, she'd begun to drink, lashing out at anyone who tried to befriend her, certain Fate was trying to screw her over again but one man was more persistant then anyone she'd ever met, getting under her skin, forcing her to face reality in mores ways then one and now she found she was torn between her duty to the victims to stop a killer and her own heart as Loki, a lycanthrope from Luna's Bastion Pack, has come to mean more to her then she'd thought possible .
