Name: Lacey

Model: Freefall from Gen13, various humans
Species: Mutated human
Origin: Earth-America 20th century
Orientation: Heteroflexible
Relationsip: Nothing permanent
Children: NONE and quite happy that way
Occupation: Manager, Part-Time Bartender
Appearance:
Height: 5' 11"
Weight: 160ish lbs

Hair Color: Pink and Purple (natural after mutation)
Eye Color: Violet (natural after mutation)
Age:60s, appears mid 20s
Distinguishing Marks: pink skull and crossbones tattoo on her upper right thigh
Gifts or Powers: Controls fire and heat (mutant power). She is immune to fire from outside sources as she can generate fire herself from basic candle flame like heat up to white hot flames. In her ability to manipulate fire, she can also stop it with a thought, though the severity of the situation will drain her strength accordingly. Her body runs hot, similar to that of a wereanimal. When emotional, flames will flicker across her body unless she focuses. Her clothes will remain intact even if her whole body is on fire unless the flames reach white hot, though her body will remain unharmed regardless.
Abilities: Does being a flirt count?
Weaknesses: She has normal human weaknesses except in the case of fire, to which she is immune. Due to a side effect of her mutant powers, she reacts more quickly to chemicals so tends to avoid nicotine, drugs, and alcohol, though she will drink soda.
Personality: Very affectionate towards her friends, she tends to have a "mother hen" complex especially to children or those she perceives as being vulnerable. Relatively good-natured, but has a horrible temper if pushed too far.
Background: Lacey was your typical American teenager, average student, loving daughter, loving girlfriend. She had never been extraordinary in any sense until she and her boyfriend decided to "go all the way" after graduation. It was at the peek of their moment together that her powers emerged, a layer of flame erupting from her body and horribly burning her boyfriend, leaving him in a coma for several months before he finally died from his injuries. Nobody could figure out what had happened, and gradually she noticed her body changing more and more, her eyes turning bright violet, her hair turning purple and pink. People thought she was acting out due to the trama, her family knew otherwise. Unable to control her powers she was regularly setting fires around the house, in her yard, too afraid to go leave her own property for fear of what would happen. The only positive was anything she was wearing was mostly left unscathed.
Fearing for their safety and not knowing what else to do with her, her parents kicked her out before she was 21. A friend who had managed to stay by her through the ordeal took her in. One day her friend told her to pack her stuff, she had found a possible solution for her problem. Trusting her friend and not having any other options, she packed what little she still owned in a large duffle bag and rode with her out to a rundown looking building far on the outskirts of town. She had hesitated with her hand on the door that day. The sun was setting and the building looked empty, but....what else could she do. So squaring her shoulders and taking a deep, if shaky breath, she stepped inside...into a rustic looking bar.
It was here she met Dimitri, the owner of the bar and, as she would discover later, the demon that had created the unique place. Dimitri put her to work manning the bar and generally helping around the place, introducing her to the many different inhabitants that frequented the bar that was nowhere and everywhere and giving her her own permanent set of rooms upstairs.
Over time the bar grew, the rooms upstairs to rent multiplying, a stable appearing. And Dimitri made her manager to watch over the place and guests in his absence. With his help she had learned to control her powers, but even so she never returned to her old home, she had found her new life, and as the years passed, she realized that she really wasn't aging anymore. When she asked Dimitri about it, he told her that she had simply become a part of the Inn and as such had become outside the normal flow of time. As more and more customers frequented the Inn, her duties became more varied and she began running special errands for Dimitri, leaving the Inn in the capable hands of her staff.
